Devenir propriétaire à Montréal, c’est possible.
In a literal sense, we’re being told to “arrive in the city” because owning property in Montréal is possible.
But there’s a second meaning to arrive en ville!, which is “get with it!”
The idea behind this expression is that you have to be in the city if you want to be with it!

Yes, alright. I agree with Anonymous here, but I’ve learned so many expressions on here that when I practice with people from France, I have to explain what I am saying (In french of course), because I accidentally use Québécois instead of standard french.
So yeah, I’d say it’s effective.
Hahaha, ‘ est bonne! «Arrive en ville!», maudit bon exemple d’un publicitaire qui sait comment accrocher son monde.
